General Laborer- Outdoor general laborer position, requiring the ability to follow demonstrated direction. This position provides a variety of duties such as loading supplies, greasing equipment, digging holes and trenches, cable handling, locating and spotting existing utilities, providing ground restoration and general clean up.
Operator - Experienced equipment operator having the ability to follow oral and written instructions and specifications. This position requires the ability to operate a variety of outdoor equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, dozers, directional drills, ect. Must perform all general laborer duties as needed.
Supervisor - This position is responsible to work with multiple crews on daily operations and projects. Under managements guidance is responsible to schedule work, organize equipment, administer company policies, promote a safe work environment and manage productivity and quality of work.
Foreman - This position is responsible to monitor a crew of 1 to 15 general labors and machine operators in an outdoor environment. Duties include setting daily goals, monitoring equipment, and processing all necessary paperwork. This position will perform general laborer and machine operating functions as needed.
