TelCom Construction was founded in February 2000 by a small group of industry professionals that believed they could build a better company based on customer service and satisfaction. The principles used to guide the company to this goal were and are; Character, Capital and Capacity.

Character; a company built on ethics, on honesty with our customers and employees, on giving your word and sticking to it, on going the extra mile on every job to make sure it exceeds all the needs of the customer, if there is a mistake owning up to it and taking care of it and always being there when the customer needs us.

Capital; Being financially sound, investing in the latest equipment so we are always giving our customers the best possible technology on their jobs, but most importantly investing in the human capital, getting the best possible people, making training an ongoing program, getting the people that believe in customer first.

Capacity; having all the people and equipment necessary to handle any job we take on, not taking a chance to over extend our capabilities if it were to cause any issues for a customer, having the expertise needed to handle every aspect of every job we take on, the bonding ability to handle very large projects and multiple projects anywhere in the United States.

Our company has seen phenomenal growth over the last nine years with a yearly growth averaging 33%. The company has grown from our current Corporate Headquarters in Minnesota to be working all across the United States. We currently have our Western Division office in Arizona with additional branch offices in Texas and Tennessee.

We have grown from just installing cable to handling all aspects of any cable installation no matter where or how it is installed. We have also added installation services and in 2007 added cable reclamation to our service offerings. Two years ago we began working in the power industry serving both rural and regional electrical companies as well as wind mill generation projects.

Our employees now number over 330 across the United States with a total experience level of hundreds of years. We look to share this knowledge through our participation with many National and State organizations devoted to the growth of our industry. This knowledge level along with how we do business has made us a leader in the industry today.
